Brad Custis is the business development manager for Seed Care NA at Solvay USA where he oversees the seed care portfolio in USA and Canada. His responsibilities include the management of the AgRho S-Boost line of biostimulants, Peridiam polymer and Pro Ized color seed treatment brands.
Growing up around agriculture where his family started a biological company, Brad has a unique experience of being a part of a family start-up biological seed treatment company for 13 years. He gained agricultural experience in marketing, sales and business development while overseeing the expansion of the family business brands into twelve countries, along with a secondary manufacturing facility on the continent of Africa. Brad worked with R&D and production, to bring to market novel biological seed treatments along with color and micronutrient combo that was biologically friendly. In 2020 he was part of the management team that sold the company to a multinational company. Brad has been a valued member of the Agro team with Solvay’s Novecare business ever since.
