  1. What is the cost to attend the 2021 Corn Belt Seed Conference and how can I register to attend?

    The 2021 CBSC will be hosted as a virtual event. This provides a great opportunity for companies to include their entire staff on the educational benefits of this event! Registration is $200 for the first attendee, each additional attendee from the same company location is only $75!
    Select the Register tab on the Corn Belt Seed Conference event website and click the register button.

  2. How can our company become a Sponsor or Exhibitor of this event?

    Select the Sponsor or Exhibitor tab on the Corn Belt Seed Conference event website and click the Become a Sponsor or Become a Exhibitor button on either of the pages and complete the requested information. If you plan to exhibit or sponsor, you do not need to register as an attendee. Your meeting registration is included.

  3. Is there a registration deadline?

    Registration is open and will continue throughout the beginning of the event.

  4. Can I access the event sessions from any device?

    You can access the meeting from your Smartphone, Android Device, Mac or Windows system. However, for the best viewing experience, we recommend using a tablet or computer.

  5. How will I know if I have enough bandwidth?

    We advise attendees to log in to the meeting 5-10 minutes early each day to complete a tech check on your system. You can test your bandwidth speed by clicking this link https://www.speedtest.net/

  6. How do I gain access to the virtual meeting each day of the event?

    You can access the meetings each day by logging into the event website.

  7. How can I find my session schedule now that I have completed registration?

    You can access your schedule by logging into the event website and clicking the My Schedule button listed under the meetings tab.

  8. Does the Corn Belt Seed Conference or ICIA provide or release the registration materials to other entities?

    The Corn Belt Seed Conference or ICIA does not represent any organization or individuals nor make available or warrant access to information obtained for the conference to those not affiliated with the Corn Belt Seed Conference or this website. Information acquired is for purpose of attending educational sessions and networking within the Corn Belt Seed Conference.

  9. If I am unable to attend the entire event, can I register for individual sessions?

    You may select any or all sessions that accommodate your schedule, however the set registration fee is discounted for the entire event.

  10. How will I obtain my educational credits for the applicable sessions I attend?

    A sign-up form will be made available on the event website, individual attendees are responsible for completing the required information to receive credits.

  11. Will the sessions be on-demand following the event?

    Yes, the sessions will be available for viewing following the scheduled event.

  12. How do I interact with presenters to ask questions during the presentations?

    All attendees will have the opportunity to participate in a brief Q/A via chat following the individual sessions.

The conference will provide a great opportunity for companies to bring their team to be a part of the educational benefits of this event! There are several registration options to include the full conference, seed workshop, and sponsorship and exhibit opportunities. Select the "Register" tab on the Corn Belt Seed Conference event website and click the register button.
  2. How can our company become a Sponsor or Exhibitor of this event?
    Select the "Sponsor" or "Exhibitor" tab on the Corn Belt Seed Conference "home page" and click "Become a Sponsor" or "Reserve your exhibit space" button to learn more. Then complete the requested information on the "register page." If you plan to exhibit or sponsor, you do not need to register as an attendee. Your meeting registration is included.

    Early registration deadline ends January 28.

  6. I am unable to attend the entire event, can I register for the Illinois-Indiana Seed Conditioning Workshop?
    You may select registration for the Seed Conditioning Workshop only, however the set registration fee is discounted for the entire event.
  7. How will I obtain my educational credits for the applicable sessions I attend?
    Session attendance is required, in addition to signing the CCA form with your applicator license number. The attendee sign-in forms will be available at the registration desk following each session.
  8. Will the sessions be on-demand following the event?
    All sessions approved by presenters will be available for 30 days following the scheduled event and can be accessed with a password.
