Liz Pestow is CEO and Owner of DELMAR Software, a technology consulting and software firm founded
in 2004. She leads a practice built on long-term client partnership, pairing that continuity with active
work in AI and automation to modernize and extend the systems her clients rely on.

Liz brings nineteen years in the seed and agriculture industry to a firm that serves clients across a wide
range of sectors. She began that work at the Indiana Crop Improvement Association, Indiana's seed
certifying agency, where she spent nine years spanning business development, brand management, and software oversight. She joined DELMAR in 2016 as Business Development Director and in 2024 became CEO and an owner alongside business partner Dan Kim, as part of a planned internal succession.

Her path to leading a technology firm was an unconventional one. A background in marketing and
business development means she approaches technology decisions through the client's business
problem first and the technical solution second.

Liz is an active member of the American Seed Trade Association, the Independent Professional Seed
Association, and Greater Lafayette Commerce.
