Laura began her career with the Indiana Crop Improvement Association (ICIA) in 2020 and currently serves as the Seed Lab Director, leading a team of supervisors and laboratory technicians. A Purdue University graduate and Registered Seed Technologist (RST) through the Society of Commercial Seed Technologists, she specializes in seed quality testing and is dedicated to ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and reliability of laboratory data. Her expertise in data analysis helps stakeholders make informed, evidence-based decisions related to seed quality and performance.

In her leadership role, Laura also leverages data-driven insights to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and optimize team performance. Drawing on her extensive background in seed production and quality assurance, she continuously improves laboratory operations while supporting ICIA's mission of delivering trusted, high-quality seed testing services.
