Natalie Markle is the President & CEO of The CISCO Companies and has been an employee of CISCO for the past 22 years. Over her years at CISCO, she has held many positions, which have allowed her to be involved in various aspects of the business, including customer service, marketing, outside sales, purchasing, and COO. In 2016, Natalie became part-owner of the company and assumed full ownership in 2025. Natalie graduated from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.

Natalie was a proud board member of the Agribusiness Council of Indiana from 2019-2021. She currently serves on the boards of VPG and Gro Group, the grants committee for the Johnson County Community Foundation, and the Indianapolis advisory board for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.

Natalie grew up in her family’s feed and seed store on the southside of Indianapolis and continues to live in Johnson County with her husband and two children.
