Raised on her family’s corn and soybean farm in Hamilton County, Indiana, Ashley Fischer has carried her deep ties to agriculture into every stage of her career. After graduating from Purdue University with a degree in agricultural communications, Ashley gained experience at a couple of advertising agencies before fulfilling her longtime goal of joining Beck’s in 2010.

Now as Marketing Communications Manager, Ashley leads Beck’s in-house marketing team of storytellers, content creators, designers, and builders. Known for dreaming big and challenging the norms, her team approaches every project with fresh perspective, crafting bold and authentic stories that connect deeply with farmers. With 18 years of marketing communications experience, Ashley remains passionate about sharing the Beck’s story in ways that help farmers succeed. When she’s not working, you’ll likely find her chasing her three boys from one sporting event to another, enjoying an early morning cup of coffee on the porch, or spending time on the family farm.
