Ryan Parkin serves as Director of Sales at Beck’s Hybrids, where he leads strategic growth initiatives that connect agronomic innovation with farmer success across the U.S. seed industry. With more than 30 years of experience spanning sales, marketing, and leadership, Ryan has guided teams through significant growth and brand expansion while maintaining a deep commitment to customer relationships and agronomic excellence. Over the last 9 years, Ryan has led the sales efforts that have propelled Beck’s to become the third largest corn and soybean brand in the United States. When joining Beck’s twenty-one years ago, he created and led an in-house marketing team to increase Beck’s brand awareness, consideration and reach in the marketplace. Prior to joining Beck’s, he held leadership roles with Dow AgroSciences and GROWMARK FS, managing regional sales and channel development across the Midwest. Ryan holds a Master of Science in Crop Sciences from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and Bachelor’s degrees in AgBusiness and Agronomy from Illinois State University.
