Leaders can be defined by their accolades, their title, their years of service, or other “official” designations.  Yet leaders with a true following are defined less by these things and more by how they effectively influence others, inspire success, and consistently bring value in any endeavor they seem to engage in.  We call this “presence” and it rarely occurs by accident.  In this short, interactive workshop we’ll unpack a few aspects of “presence” –focusing on how you can be intentional in the expression of this important characteristic; ultimately adding value and effectively leading those that you engage with.
