Leadership requires awareness. More specific, the awareness of the importance of challenging assumptions when faced with a problem. This workshop is for leaders and the teams they lead.  The session will help participants to navigate and distinguish the difference between useful assumptions and those that limit potential. You will be introduced to creative problem-solving and innovative skills to readily transfer 'real-life' problems and solutions.
