Brendan works with many different business leaders, as an HR Business Partner, to fulfill various HR needs. Brendan has 7 years of experience in Human Resources that he combines with a Master’s in I/O Psychology. Brendan uses his past experience and the belief that all tasks should be done with high levels of integrity, to help in the areas of organizational development, change management, HR analytics, learning and development, performance management, and recruiting. Brendan has worked for both small and large organizations, and is able to work for companies of all different sizes and industries.

Brendan is an active member of the Society for Human Resource Management, and the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology. Brendan has a Bachelor’s Degree from SUNY Farmingdale in Science, Technology, and Society; and a Master’s Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Hofstra University.
