Ben was named Director of Strategy & Business Development in May 2021. He comes to Advanced Agrilytics with nearly 20 years of experience with a focus the last 10 years in agriculture. Ben has a passion for developing and executing on business strategies that combine the human element with data analytics and an insatiable focus on creating value for the customer. He has worked for Fortune 50 companies and non-profit organizations around the globe. Most recently Ben managed a portfolio of farmland assets for Farmland Reserve with a focus on the Great Lakes and Cornbelt regions, while also leading evaluation and acquisitions of farmland as an asset class. Prior to that role he held multiple global leadership roles with Dow AgroSciences. Ben has served in many capacities within the local community and serving in his church. He and his wife are the proud parents of six children and raise cattle on their farm in Indiana. Ben earned his bachelor’s degree in Economics from Brigham Young University and an MBA from Purdue University.
