Aaron Putze is an author, agriculturalist, speaker, leadership coach and strategist. He engages with audiences across the country, lifting the human spirit and improving team performance and outcomes.
He’s the author of two books. His most recent, titled YOU Are Destined for Greatness, recounts stories of inspiration and empowerment as shared by 27 influential and passionate leaders representing a host of backgrounds and professions.

Raised on a farm near West Bend, Iowa, Aaron serves as Chief Officer of Brand Management & Engagement for the Iowa Soybean Association. He holds a degree in communications and public relations from the University of Northern Iowa and certificate of supervisory leadership from Drake University.
A volunteer in his church, community and profession, Aaron also enjoys gardening, grilling, golfing, traveling, and spending time with family.

He and his wife Crystal live in Waukee, Iowa, and are the parents of three children.
